While we strive to make every purchase magical, we understand that sometimes even the best-laid ghostly plans need adjustment.

Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as straightforward as a witch’s flight path on Halloween night. Read on to learn how we can help make things right if your order isn’t quite what you expected.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Wigs for Fancy Dress (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Masquerade Masks & Party Masks that have been worn or removed from original packaging
  • Opened or used cosmetics/costume makeup
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Please choose these items carefully, as we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons once packaging has been opened.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our Halloween experts will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form we provide. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. We’ll email you to confirm when your return has been processed.

Refund Information

Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Refund Method

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more than the original, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately at no cost to you.

International Returns

Since we serve customers globally (excluding select remote areas), international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
