Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt date. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your original order confirmation or receipt
⚠️ Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items from our spooky collection:
- Wigs for Fancy Dress (due to hygiene considerations)
- Masquerade Masks & Party Masks that have been worn or removed from original packaging
- Opened or used cosmetics/costume makeup
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Please choose these hauntingly good items carefully, as we cannot accept returns once packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.

Our Halloween experts will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form we provide.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
